In wishing her a warm welcome we would like to highlight some prescriptions and prohibitions in force in CARLO RIVA HARBOR, referring to rules of procedure (Ordinance 01/97 Maritime District Office) available at the direction of the port.
FORCED REMOVAL is provided (art. 1174 Navigation Code) for halt/stop in areas not designated for parking and/or marked by ‘ reserved ‘ and/or intended for other uses, including the safe movement. Cars and motorbikes washing shall not be allowed. Top speed 10 km/h.
. Dogs must be muzzled and kept on a non-stretchable leash. Owners must take every measure to prevent the droppings fall in the Port Area, unlike must ensure timely to removal/disposal with dustpan and/or plastic bag or other suitable means. (No.198 of the Trade Union Own 23/12/04).
Testing of boat engines may run from 10.00 to 12.00 and from 15.30 to 17.30. The boats will be moored with the utmost care, in respect of safety, within the allotted space. Maximum speed: THREE knots.
The water supply is limited to the strictly necessary activities, makes use of supplying gun, with automatic switch-off. (No.333 of the Trade Union Own).
It is compulsory to use containers for separate waste collection (6 groups deployed in the Port Area).
Wet waste must be contained in closed bags and deposited, after 20.00 hours. Remember for spent batteries the withdrawal obligation by the seller, for unforeseeable exceptional circumstances contact the Direction, absolutely avoiding to abandoning them anywhere.
Access to the mooring pontoons is limited to pedestrians (with the exception of authorized vehicles).
Throughout the Port Area, and immediately adja-cent, fishing, bathing and water immersion shall be prohibited in any way.
