Circ. le Marittimo) disponibile presso la Direzione del Porto. Dear Customer, in welcoming you, we also take this opportunity to highlight a few of the rules and prohibitions in force in the CARLO RIVA marina and we refer you to the Internal Regulations (ord. 01/97 of the Official Maritime Circular), which is available at the Marina Management Offices. AUTOVEICOLI È prevista la RIMOZIONE FORZATA (art.1174 Codice Navigazione) per la sosta/fermata nelle zone non destinate al parcheggio e/o contraddistinte da "riservato" e/o destinate ad altri usi, compresa la circolazione in sicurezza. È consentito l'accesso di una sola auto per imbarcazione. La targa deve essere preventivamente comunicata alla Direzione. Non è consentito il lavaggio di auto/moto. Velocità massima 10 Km/h. MOTOR VEHICLES Article 1174 of the Navigation Code makes provision for the TOWING AWAY of vehicles parked/stopped in no-parking areas and/or areas marked as “reserved” and/or areas destined for other uses, including safe transit areas. Only one vehicle is permitted per boat. Management must be advised of the vehicle’s registration number prior to your arrival. The washing of motorcars/motorcycles is prohibited. Maximum speed 10 Km/h. CANI ED ALTRI ANIMALI DOMESTICI I cani devono essere muniti di museruola indossata e tenuti al guinzaglio non estensibile. I proprietari devono adottare ogni misura atta ad evitare che le deiezioni ricadano nell'Area Portuale, contrariamente dovranno tempestivamente provvedere alla rimozione/smaltimento tramite paletta e/o sacchetto o altro mezzo idoneo. (Ord. Sind. le nr.198 del 23/12/04). DOGS AND OTHER PETS Dogs are required to be fitted with muzzles at all times and must be kept on a non-extendible lead. Pet owners are required to make every effort not to let their animals drop any excrement in the Marina Area and, should this occur, immediately remove/dispose of any mess by means of a spade and/or packet or other suitable means. (Mayoral Ord. No.198 dated 23/12/04). IMBARCAZIONI Le prove dei motori delle imbarcazioni possono essere eseguite dalle 10,00 alle 12,30 e dalle 15,30 alle 20,00. Le imbarcazioni dovranno essere ormeggiate con la massima cura, nel rispetto della sicurezza, all'interno dello spazio assegnato. Velocità massima TRE nodi. BOATS Boat engines may only be tested between the hours of 10h00 and 12h30 and again between 15h30 and 20h00. Boats must be carefully moored in the assigned space, taking all possible safety precautions into account. Maximum speed THREE knots. EROGAZIONE DELL'ACQUA Il cui impiego è limitato alle attività strettamente necessarie, subordina l'impiego della pistola erogatrice, con spegnimento automatico al rilascio. (Ord.Sind.le nr.333). USE OF WATER The use of water is limited to essential purposes only, subject to the use of a hose fitted with a water gun that stops the flow when the button is released. (Mayoral Ord. No.333). CONFERIMENTO RIFIUTI È fatto obbligo di utilizzare i contenitori per la raccolta differenziata (6 gruppi distribuiti nell'Area Portuale). I rifiuti umidi devono essere contenuti in sacchetti chiusi e depositati, dopo le ore 20,00 nei grandi contenitori verdi, da 1100 litri con coperchio a bascula (nr. 18 nell'Area Portuale). Per le batterie esauste ricordiamo l'obbligo del ritiro da parte del venditore, per casi eccezionali non prevedibili contattare la Direzione, evitando assolutamente di abbandonarle in qualunque posto. WASTE DISPOSAL Residents are required to make use of the bins provided for differentiated waste disposal (6 set of bins in the Marina Area). Wet refuse must be contained within sealed plastic bags, which must be deposited, after 20h00, in the green, 1100 litre bins with flap lids (qty. 18 in the Marina Area). As regards spent batteries, you are reminded of the vendor’s obligation to accept these back for disposal. In exceptional cases, kindly contact the Management and avoid leaving such batteries lying around under any circumstances. ACCESSO AI PONTILI L'accesso ai pontili è limitato ai soli pedoni (con eccezione dei mezzi autorizzati). ACCESS TO THE JETTIES Access to the jetties is restricted to pedestrians only (except for authorised vehicles). DIVIETO PESCA E BALNEAZIONE In tutta l'Area Portuale, ed immediatamente adiacente, è vietata la pesca, la balneazione e l'immersione in acqua a qualunque titolo. FISHING AND SWIMMING PROHIBITED Fishing, swimming and any form of diving, for whatever reason, is prohibited anywhere within the Marina area and immediate surroundings.
