We have devised a comprehensive system of services to meet all any needs of Porto Carlo Riva’s guests. Every element is taken care of to guarantee a unique, uninterrupted experience of quality.

Protection, Safety & Securit

State-of-the-art security systems for people and boats make Porto Carlo Riva a place where guests can enjoy their free time without worries. The Port has a fire-fighting system, personnel with first aid certification, and video surveillance for berths, entrances and commercial premises.

Mobility & Transpor

We have developed a network of mobility services inside and outside the Port to meet all our guests’ needs: from courtesy boats and cars to transfers, taxis, secure parking and boat rental.

Services at sea

We work to achieve excellence also in terms of safety and boat services, both in port and at anchor: mooring assistance and checks, boat cleaning, tender reception area, radio watch and divers are available for every need.

Support services for vessels, from routine management to periodic and extraordinary maintenance.

Thanks to an exclusive concierge service, we can meet all our guests' needs: a direct connection between the Carlo Riva Port and the city of Rapallo will provide access to numerous services for boat care - mechanic, sailmaker, carpenter, nautical repair services - and self care - physiotherapist, osteopath, beauty services, taxi transport.
